Pre-existing conditions not covered
Main cover – Cover for vet bills arising from the diagnosis and/or treatment of accidental injuries. Per claim limit: R45 000
Third-party liability – Cover for costs arising from injury or damage caused by your pet. Annual limit: R420 000
Hereditary conditions – Cover for conditions passed down in your pet’s bloodline or common to a specific breed. Annual limit: R3 500
Wellness benefit – Cover for preventative and/or precautionary procedures like vaccination, titer, heartworm, faecal test, deworming, microchip, flea control, nail trim, elective sterilisation, dental check-ups. Annual limit: R2 800
Cruciate ligament surgery – Annual limit: R45 000
Luxating patella surgery – Annual limit: R45 000
Hip, shoulder and/or elbow surgery – Annual limit: R45 000
Excess Buster – Reduces or removes the amount you need to pay in the event of a claim
Cover Gap Extension – Mind the gap! Remove specific limits to give you extra cover when you need it most
Funeral Support – Provides a financial contribution to assist with the cost of cremation or burial for a pet
