Frequently asked questions, answered.
Simply head to the directory tab on the Pets24 website and click + Listing on the right hand side. Type in all the details of your company and click Save and Submit. We will then review your listing and let you know as soon as it is live on the website!
Claiming your listing is as easy as one, two, three! Go to your listing on the Pets24 directory and click ‘Claim Now’ on the right hand side. Add in all of your company information and click submit. We will then review your listing and let you know as soon as it is live on the website!
P.S: Verification documents are any documents that prove you are the owner of the business.
Simply head to your listing on the Pets24 directory and click on Sign In in the header on the right hand side. You will now be signed in and be able to access your listing’s dashboard.
Once you have signed into your account, you will be able to access your listing’s dashboard. You will be able to see user views, customer leads, and customer reviews on the first page of your dashboard. You will then be able to click on Reviews and Inbox to view and reply to all customer reviews and messages.
Once your listing has been approved, it will go live on the Pets24 website. You will be able to see your listing in your dashboard, and you can click on the three buttons on the right of your listing to be able to edit your listing. Please note that any changes made to your listing will need to be approved by the Pets24 team before going live, but rest assured, this process is very quick!
Once you have signed into your account, you will be able to access your listing’s dashboard. You will then be able to click on Reviews to view and reply to all customer reviews instantly!
