We recently used Roxanne to walk our 3 dogs while we where on holiday and I cannot tell how amazing she was, we did a few run trial before our departure and our babies fell in love with her, she is extremely professional and reliable, she made sure to find out all the habits of our dogs so that she could offer a better service and indeed she did We are defently going to use her again and again and what makes me more then happy is that I can feel relaxed while our babies are on a walk or baby set by her thank you so much

We’ve used What a Treat many times now – not always the same sitter, but each one is as amazing as the next. Our dogs can be a handful (they’re terriers), but the sitters always just love and embrace them. Our dogs hate staying in a kennel or a pet “hotel”, but when a What a Treat petsitter looks after them we always come home to happy dogs. Definitely our first choice if our doggies can’t travel with us.

What a lovely service. Carers are thorough and communication is great. There is sense of real care and nurturing for the animals. We feel so much better leaving our animals at home for a little while knowing that they will be taken care of by someone who has a genuine love for animals.

Hi I have been using what a treat for about a year now. I have reactive doggies who need extra care, medication and are absolute bundles of love but come with their special needs. Roxy and her team blow me away every time. They are reliable and treat your babies like their own. Every single sleep over or daily enrichment goes above and beyond. I couldnt cope without Roxy and her incredible team and I cant recommend them more. And my kitties get just as much love when the team visit!!!

I cannot recommend Roxanne and her team enough. Leaving your pet behind for any amount of time can be super stressful; even more so when you have a reactive dog. But Roxanne and her team gives complete peace of mind. She not only finds the most suited sitter for you by vetting each one in her team, but the sitter also meets with you and your pet prior to sitting. You’re also updated regularly to how your pets are doing for even more peace of mind. My dog and cat were so happy with my sitters each time, so much so that they didn’t even blink an eye when I walked home (and instead sulked when the sitter left).
