  • All pet sitter’s phones are permanently on and contactable 24/7 throughout their stay.
  • Pet Sitters will complete a comprehensive property and pet questionnaire 5 days before you leave.

  • All pet sitters provide a written handover report after their stay

Q What are the Invoicing, payments and receipts procedures?

Whilst we LOVE LOVE LUUUURVE looking after your pets, we also need to pay the bills, unfortunately.

Once a booking is confirmed an invoice will be forwarded. We require a token deposit of ONE day, to ensure your dates are prioritised. It also prevents last minute queue jumpers from spoiling our preplanned party. Your deposit is receipted, and deducted from the balance of your account.

In the event you decide to cancel or postpone, for any reason, before the service begins, we will issue a numbered credit note for the amount of your deposit, in lieu of a refund. The credit note does not expire, and can be used as a deposit the next time you require our services.

On the day you depart, or when your dogwalking contract begins, the balance becomes due. Your payment will again be receipted instantly, for your peace of mind. Our sitters and walkers are effectively self-employed. They cover their own petrol, meals and ad-hoc expenses.

Payment options available:
Debit card, credit card, SnapScan, MasterPass, Zapper and EFT into our Capitec Bank account. If you opt for EFT (which we prefer), please send us the proof of payment. We try to avoid cash, because it burns a large hole in our pockets.
