Rose’s Puppy School

This is a VITAL time for your pup. To allow animals to adjust to their normal environment and to still develop hazard-avoidance capability, baby animals have a period of time in which they are particularly receptive to new experiences and attracted to social interaction. This period starts to end at anything from 12 to 16 weeks. They need to safely assimilate as many experiences into their frame of reference as possible to face the world with confidence. Puppy school offers a safe, managed space for the development of flexibility in thinking, movement and emotional reactions. Owners are equipped to understand their dogs better and, therefore, build a strong connection that encourages the dog to work with their people. The dog learns to make better choices via force-free positive reinforcement-based methods.
