I am utterly dismayed by my experience with Pug Rescue, particularly regarding my dog, Tbone. Despite my extensive efforts to rehabilitate Tbone after a seizure in September 2023 and carefully planning his dental care with my vet, Pug Rescue intervened and offered pro bono assistance. They took Tbone on May 13, 2024, and after his dental surgery, accused me of neglect without any prior discussion or involvement of my vet. Their communication has been abysmal, showing blatant contempt by failing to comply with court deadlines and refusing any form of mediation to try resolve the situation.. Their actions have caused immeasurable damage, separating a beloved pet from his deeply loving home and ignoring his specific needs, leading to immense stress for Tbone. The agency’s lack of transparency about the vet’s identity and their refusal to return Tbone have devastated my family. This pet was more than an animal; he was a cherished family member, and their selfish actions have irreparably damaged our family unit. I strongly advise against trusting them with your beloved pets until they address their severe communication issues and respect the emotional bonds that exist with pet owners and their pets.
Keep up the good work!!
