A sprawling 19th-century Cape Farm complex with stores, crafts, and numerous events is encircled by tall trees and overgrown indigenous gardens. Be prepared for the unexpected, such as a musical day on the lawns, a unique exhibition, a chance meeting with birds or a Vervet monkey, and gardens that are ablaze with the colors of the season. Children are free to play on wide lawns and in the enchanted gardens, where local master artisans may be present to demonstrate their craft. Your well-behaved dogs on leads are also our favorites!
