We are a small family business that prides ourselves on offering great customer service and unique pet products that make you smile. Nova Pets all started out of a desire to find ID tags for my pets that were fun, quirky & full of personality (just like my fur-babies!)
This turned out to be a tall order as nothing on the market could match up to my needs. So… with a lot of free time on my hands (Thank you lockdown Level 5), I decided to take matters into my own hands and originate my own. As the owner of our sister company Lua Nova Studio I had the equipment, resources and knowledge readily available to create and offer something truly unique to the South African market.
