Ronald Mc Clelland, an Irish native, has been in love with beer his entire life. Ronald Sr. has traveled the world sampling beers and seeing breweries. His father, Ronald, who is also named Ronald, had a home brewing system. He began making craft beer as a pastime with a DIY setup, but after neighbors tried it, they insisted he supply the markets and restaurants in the area of Lions River, KZN Midlands. Ronald brought a Speidel Braumeister brewery from Germany to the United States in 2014. Since then, he has worked hard to refine the procedures and his recipes, which are primarily German.
