Established in 2014 by brothers Adam & Joel Klein, Kleinsky’s seamlessly fuses traditional recipes with the finest local ingredients, offering a taste of New York in Cape Town.

Our Sea Point location also doubles as a gallery space showcasing the work of local artists.

All our breads and pastries are freshly baked in-house using time-honored recipes and methods. Our bagels are meticulously hand-rolled, undergo a slow fermentation process overnight, and are boiled in malted water before baking. As for our pastrami, it’s crafted from beef brisket, brined, coated in a unique house blend spice rub, and smoked for several hours before being served.
