All our breads and pastries are freshly baked in-house using time-honored recipes and methods. Our bagels are meticulously hand-rolled, undergo a slow fermentation process overnight, and are boiled in malted water before baking. As for our pastrami, it’s crafted from beef brisket, brined, coated in a unique house blend spice rub, and smoked for several hours before being served.
