I spent the entire morning trying to get through to the store at Centurion and was unable to due to the land lines not providing a ringing tone. I contacted another branch and they sent a request for me to be contacted. I was contacted by a very friendly and efficient consultant, Allan Mulder, who called me from his personal mobile, hung on the line while I tried the landline and then after hearing that it wasn’t working, went to the grooming section and called me back to chat to the groomer and make an appointment. This is the level of customer service that every employee should strive for. Allan is an asset who displays efficient and brilliant service. Well done. Please be sure to pass this onto him.
