Took my cat there for grooming under sedation. My beautiful Maine coone, came back shaved to the skin. This is very bad for them. Also cut in several places and bleeding. Vet was asked to check other issues under sedation. Not attended to. Took the cat back as he was bleeding and no one returned my calls. In locum vet refused to attend to my bleeding cat. Also.charged double and was asked to wait for an hour for the unapologetic and arrogant practice manager to drive from sunninghil with the refund of the over charge. Laughed at by both the practice manager and the receptionist. Just unacceptable. They could not care less about the welfare of your animals. After supporting them for years, I will never go back. Simply shocking lack of care and either qualifications or experience.
