It is quite upsetting for pet owners to see their pet ingesting their own faeces, housemate's faeces or other animal's faeces. We call this behavior cophrophagia.
Minor skin and coat problems can often be addressed by diet, but if your dog's problems are severe or if there is no improvement, please speak to your vet.
You need to make sure that your canine companion has been vaccinated and that you get a vaccination card/record from your vet, dog breeder or animal shelter.
