I made a booking to have dog spayed on the 12/12/24.Had to be there before 8am witch we were.Nobody contacted us the whole day .I contacted tah Rosmead 17:30 and asked if I could fetch my dog.I was then informed the dog just went in for surgery , 30min. later they phoned and said I can come and fetch my dog at 20:00 .I feel thats not the right way of going about things .Contact me tell me whats going on eg Tel me come and fetch your dog and rescedule we have a problem..
