Pets24 may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Website at any time, including the availability of any feature, database or content. Pets24 may also impose limits on certain features and services and/or restrict your access to parts or all of the Website without notice or liability of any kind. To the extent that you and Pets24 have entered into a client’s service/license agreement (“Client Agreement”) for any portion of the Website, the terms and conditions of the Client Agreement will control in the event that of any provisions that may conflict with these Terms and Conditions of Use.

This Website provides authorised users with access to a collection of resources, including access to certain service deliverables, articles, and insights for general informational purposes. The Content (as such term is defined below) is to be used solely as a research tool and not as specific guides for action. MISCELLANEOUS: These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law. Pets24 Competition: Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   • The competition is open to residents of South Africa only.
   • Participants must be 18 years or older.
   • Employees of Pets24 and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Competition Period:
   • The competition starts on 30th November 2024 and ends on 20 December 2024.
   • Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter:
   • Sign up and log in to your Pets24 account.
   • Complete all fields in “Your Profile” and “Your Pet’s Profile” to achieve 100% completion.
   • Only profiles with 100% completion will be entered into the competition.
   • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
4. Prize:
   • The prize is selected pet food up to the value of R2000 in total.
   • The winner can select from the following dog food brands:

6. Claiming the Prize:
   • The winner must respond to the notification email within 5 days to claim their prize.
   • If the winner does not respond within 5 days, a new winner will be selected.
7. Use of Winner’s Information:
   • By entering the competition, participants grant Pets24 the right to use the winner’s name, picture, likeness, and any other information provided for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions:
   • Pets24 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
   • By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
   • Pets24 reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions or is deemed inappropriate or fraudulent.
9. Privacy:
   • Participants’ personal information will be used in accordance with Pets24’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
10. Limitation of Liability:

• Pets24 is not responsible for any technical issues, miscommunications, or errors that may occur during the competition.
• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Pets24 from any claims or damages arising out of their participation in the competition.
