A New Hope Dog Rescue is a family run dog shelter located in Walkerville, Gauteng,\u00a0 South Africa.<\/strong><\/p>\n

At A New Hope Dog Rescue we endeavour to give our dogs the best possible life while they’re in our care. We provide large, social runs for the dogs, as well as heated sleeping spaces.<\/p>\n

A New Hope is dedicated to making sure any dogs that come into the shelter don’t have a time limit on their length of stay, this means that we don’t euthanize unless the dog is terminally ill or a danger to society. Any happy, healthy dog will stay with us as long as they need!
\nAll steps are taken to rehabilitate any dogs in our care and find them suitable homes.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

  • We aim to make a lasting change to the local communities through education in animal welfare and sterilisation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
    With very few staff members we are in touch with each and every dog in the shelter on a constant basis.<\/p>\n

    Sterilisation is considered our most important role and is absolutely non-negotiable for any dog that enters the shelter and we work with some exceptional vets to further this purpose.<\/p>\n

      \u200bFunding is important to maintain the life and vitality of our institution for the benefit of all animals in our care. We need funding from the public, and in order to be operational we rely solely on the support of our community<\/p><\/div>\n
