“We strive to provide a high quality experience for our guests. Each of our unique accommodations offers a memorable and stylish getaway where guests can connect with the beautiful natural surrounds without compromising on comfort. All accommodations have private facilities, including private wood-fired hot tubs. Linen, towels and basic supplies are also included in your stay. One can expect to create stories to share and memories that will linger!

At Southern Yurts, we operate with a strong ecological conscience. All of our firewood is harvested from alien eradication efforts in the Botrivier. Accommodations are built from up-cycled materials; new wood is sourced from alien trees around the Western Cape; Cabins have been re-designed form existing buildings, and our Yurt canvas covers are stitched by South African companies that, like us, care about supporting local industry. All accommodation units are equipped with biodegradable soaps, shampoos and conditioners. Water is sourced from springs on the farm, and reused from showers and hot tubs on the gardens (which returns to the river systems via natural filtration).”
