  1. Good day

There is a female., neutered German Sheppard dog next door to me.
The dog is neglected,.no human cotact or interaction from the owners.
The feed her, half a cup of the cheapest pellets a day or as the owners have said, if they dont have money to buy pellets they dont feed her.
She is malnourished and uncared for.
The Boer bull dog was removed and put down by the AACL a month ago.

I feed her, Vicky is her name.over the wall when the owners are in there house. Sometimes she doesnt have water, like today which is hot.
Her enclosure is too small gor a dog her size.
Over the months since.renting here, i buy dog pellets., even dog beds (which have now been removed by the owners).

I am leaving at the end of November 2023 because this is emotional chipping away at.my soul.
The Spca are aware of this dog and they will be doing a follow up visit around the 25th November 2023.
They do not want the dog, they dont love or care of feed her probably.
The owner Piet Hits the dog often and his wife Charlotte shouta at the dog. This is so depressing to witness.

My plea is that an organization such as yours could take Vicky and hopefully give her a better life.

Please is there any way you could possibly help Vicky?

    Thank you
